
Picual Olive Oil
The PICUAL variety is the most widespread in the Sierra de Cazorla, representing 94% of the surface. The tree of this variety is vigorous with an open bearing and medium-sized olives. The olive oil from the Picual variety has the following characteristics:
- Intense flavor, characterized by a slight spiciness and bitterness.
- Fruity aroma with green and fresh touches reminiscent of tomato, alloza, wood, apple and fig.
- High content of natural antioxidants, vitamins and high stability.
- Ideal for cooking, enriching stews, seasoning food, salads, meats, fish and even delighting with good bread.

Royal Olive Oil
The Royal variety is native and is only found in the Sierra de Cazorla, representing about 6% of the total area. The Royal olive has a very characteristic reddish color when ripe, and its oils are of the highest quality. The olive oil of the Royal variety is characterized by:
- Harmonious flavor, recalling the freshness of the sweet fruit, very soft in its spiciness and bitterness.
- Intense fruity and sweet aroma, reminiscent of freshly cut grass, apple and banana.
- Ideal for dressings and raw

Premium Olive Oil
The Premiúm or Green Olive Oil comes from Picual and Royal Variety olive trees harvested early, when the fruit has not yet ripened, thus obtaining a superior quality juice. The tree of this EVOO is carefully selected and treated by experts. Premium olive oil is characterized by:
- Intense green fruity flavor with medium intensity bitter and spicy and very balanced.
- Aroma with green tones of fig, tomato, alloza, freshly cut grass and slightly apple and intensely green olive leaf.
- Ideal for dressings and to be eaten raw
