The water, the air of the Sierra, the soil with aromas of pine, rosemary, thyme and lavender, undoubtedly provide subtle and unique touches to the quality and taste of the oils produced in the Cazorla region.

• 100% JUICE FROM FRESH OLIVES AND SUPERIOR CATEGORY: the olives are always harvested on the fly and milled on the same day of harvesting, the fruit arrives at the mill intact, which allows extremely low acidity levels of around 0.1 to 0.2% acidity.
