All prices shown in the list of our products www.aceitescazorla.com include VAT in the countries where applicable and are valid except for transcription errors or computer problems.
This is because the applicable taxes vary according to the country of destination of the purchase. The final purchase summary shows the final price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes according to the country chosen in the shipping data.
In relation to Value Added Tax, as a general rule, the tax rate of 10% will be applied for oil and other food products and 21% for cosmetics for the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable. All those companies belonging to European Union countries with an intra-community VAT number, except Spain, will be exempted from paying this tax. In the sale to any other country in the world VAT will not be charged, however the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges, which must be paid at destination by the receiver of the goods.
Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT (customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or in the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods).
The prices in dollars or in other foreign currencies shown in the Web of www.aceitescazorla.com, are approximate and are the result of applying the daily exchange rate of the dollar against the Euro, hence the possible fluctuations in prices.
The prices shown on www.aceitescazorla.com may be revised and modified if conditions so require at any time.

a) Transfer
If you select bank transfer as payment method, you will receive together with the confirmation of your order an e-mail with the account number where the bank transfer to ACEITES CAZORLA S.C.A. will be made.
It is very important that you indicate in the subject line the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days from the day you place the order in order to validate it.
The order will not be considered effective until you send by fax (+34) 953 72 40 31, or by e-mail carzorla@aceitescazorla.com the receipt of the transfer and it is effectively confirmed by our bank that the payment has been made.
Do not forget that payment must be made in Euros and that all possible exchange and bank fees and commissions are your responsibility when you choose this payment system.
b) VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
By selecting the secure shopping mode, we guarantee that each of the transactions carried out in ACEITES CAZORLA.com is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. ACEITES CAZORLA.com uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, your credit card information is not registered in any database but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank).
We also inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a “secured” cardholder, you will always be able to make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a validation code, which coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your credit card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
3. Shipping methods and delivery times
Due to the specialization and the handcrafted component of the articles offered in ACEITES CAZORLA, the orders arrive within 5 working days approximately, depending on the availability of the products and the destination countries.
ACEITES CAZORLA S.C.A. reserves the right to change the type of shipment and the company through which it is made, regardless of what is stated in these pages and provided that it does not involve a manifest prejudice to the customer.
3.1 Door to Door Service
The price of transportation includes shipping from our facilities to the door of the home. Although most of the carriers usually help in good faith to bring the merchandise in, they would be within their rights to refuse to load the merchandise on the floor. Since they would cease to fulfill their obligations as a carrier and would become a loading and unloading porter. The receiver of a shipment must guarantee that he has sufficient means for the unloading and reception of his merchandise without the need to resort to the physical effort of the driver.
If the final recipient does not have the means of unloading and wishes to hire the service of entry of goods to the home, you must let us know in advance and know that this will have an extra charge. 4. Warranty
ACEITES CAZORLA S.L. customers benefit from the confidence offered by our expert craftsmen, who use first quality materials to produce our products, always having a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Defects or flaws due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in this warranty.
The loss of functionality of the articles, due to the design limitations of the same, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check the goods and, in case of any incident, it must be reflected in the delivery note provided for signature and acceptance by the logistics company or transport agency.
5. Returns and exchanges of material
Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our products or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service to our customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws).
All you have to do is send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use.
It is very important that you return the exchange or return product(s) to us perfectly packed. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met, ACEITESCAZORLA.com will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made, and if necessary, to the shipment of the new product.
Occasionally shipments abroad may have additional costs at the customs of the country of delivery or added taxes. In case of non-collection of the order, no refund will be made.
In the case of defective products or wrong shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by ACEITESCAZORLA.com.

6. Limitation of liability
It is the customer’s responsibility to be qualified to use the materials ACEITES CAZORLA distributes. ACEITES CAZORLA declines all responsibility for the use that our customers give to the products distributed.
7. Legislation and jurisdiction
These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the subject, which shall be applied subsidiarily in everything that has not been provided for therein. (Basically Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on information services and electronic commerce).
Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Cazorla.
