Chupadedos Olives

Chupadedos olives are green and fleshy olives of the Hojiblanca variety seasoned with natural spices that give them an excellent flavor. Green crushed olives, handmade in the traditional way as they used to be made in the old days. Seasoned with aromatic herbs from the mountains and garlic. A typical product from Jaén.

Description

These olives cured in caustic soda are split and come in a glass jar for better preservation.

As they are split, they are easily deboned and offer a better penetration of the flavor of the dressing.

These olives are unique due to both the geographical environment where they are produced and the way they are prepared.

This is a totally natural process in which the olives are cured in fermenters for at least 90 days before being split, dressed and packaged.

Perfect as an aperitif to accompany a good wine, beer or any sweet drink.

As the name “Chupadeos” indicates, you won’t be able to resist eating just a few, you’ll end up licking your fingers.
