Balance of the 2013/2014 campaign
The president of the CRDOP “Sierra de Cazorla” has also reported the good data of the 2013/2014 campaign, which has highlighted the quantity and quality. Not in vain, the region of Cazorla has beaten its own production record in the current campaign, since it has produced 270 million kilos of olives, which translates into 55 million kilos of oil, a much higher figure than the great campaign 2011/2012, when a maximum production of 230 million kilos of olives was reached. In this way, the DO “Sierra de Cazorla” is the Regulatory Council of the province of Jaén that has produced more olives in the 2013/2014 campaign.
