The Sierra de Cazorla Denomination of Origin is an organization qualified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment to protect the food produced in a geographical delimitation.
The Sierra de Cazorla PDO covers land located in the municipalities of Cazorla, Chilluévar, Hinojares, Quesada, La Iruela, Peal de Becerro, Santo Tomé, Huesa and Pozo Alcón, with a total of 37,500 hectares.
